When dealing with the purchase of a property in 2016 they (namely Tracey Townsend) failed to notice a missing clause in the title deeds allowing me access to my property across a shared drive, jointly owned by myself and two neighbours. Only in July last year (2024) when selling the house, was this picked up. It's been 8 months of trying to put it right, not to mention considerable expense, and it still isn't resolved. It is now jeopardising my housemove. Someone needs to be held accountable.
