I’ve been thoroughly impressed with their efficiency, communication and the ease of dealing with BPL. After being advised by friends, family and advisers to use a local solicitor, I was initially put off by using a company not on our doorstep. I couldn’t have been more wrong, using BPL was far easier than our first move, and the previous solicitor was 5 minutes down the road. The communication being my main concern was not an issue, I regularly received email updates and correspondence and all paperwork was sent through a free of charge freepost address.
