Every member of staff at Bramleys, Elland, that I spoke with were polite, friendly, professional and considerate, responding to emails and telephone queries without delay. Although working for the sellers, I found the staff to be fair advocates for me, negotiating on my behalf with the sellers. After the purchase was completed, they were very helpful and supportive of me when two further issues surfaced not directly linked with the purchase of the property. I cannot fault the staff at Bramleys, Elland, at all. Joeanne, who was my main contact, worked over and beyond any professional requirements to aid and assist me.
