Just kept us in the loop all the time when we were purchasing our first house. Making sure we knew what was going on and informed us on how the processed work in buying a house. With us being first time buyers, we knew very little of how it all worked. They talked us through what we had to do next when we got to different stages in the buying process, informing us to when we had to hire our own solicitor. Giving us recommendations to who to use and the average price it will all cost. Just overall the experience and process went a lot more smoothly with them directing us when we needed it and just giving their own advise when they thought it was necessarily. Also giving us weekly updates on the purchase progress and where we were all at and telling us how long it could be till completion. Overall great experience and made the process a lot easier for us as well.
