I was supposed to receive my order on Thursday, it is now Saturday and I still have not received it. DPD said they hadn't received the shoes from the warehouse, Brand Outlet said they had dispatched the shoes and are waiting to hear back from DPD... I am still waiting to see what has happened to my shoes... The Brand Outlet liaison was very professional and said she would reply on Monday once she had more information. However, as I had ordered the shoes for next day delivery and they have not yet arrived, I find this quite poor service. The previous day, a friend had also ordered a pair of shoes and she has not received them yet either....
