outstanding customer service. I ordered handbag and needed it to be delivered before my holiday(next day) The team made sure that my item was despatched same day. DPD delayed my delivery but the brand outlet team once again saved the day sending my bag to London so I could pick it up before my flight. I couldn't be more greatful! Thank you ever so much! PS the bag is stunning too!
