User-friendly site, good images of the items, great discounts on RRP.
My order was well-packaged in a good-sized sturdy box, with no crushing of the clothes inside - and arrived very quickly, even though it was in middle of the Christmas-post rush.
The only niggle I have is that out-of-stock items are still displayed on the site for a long time.
