Website very informative and easy to use. I had to return and reorder (shoe sizing). The returns process was very easy to use and refund received 2 days after shipping back. Delivery of first order and replacement order received within 3 days of placing the order. Shoes were just as described and excellent value. I will certainly use Brand Outlet again and have already mentioned the site to friends.
