I ordered an item on 28/12/15. Confirmation email received.
30/12/15 'order has been shipped' email received.
8/1/16 called customer services for an update as item had not arrived. Couldn't track item, advised it could take 2-3 days to find out.
13/1/16 called customer services again as no email or call. Advised still cannot track item.
I asked if I could see tracking details, 'I can copy you in on email ' but not received. I asked for call back? 'Yes around 3pm', confirmed my number.
No call, no email.
No confidence in very disappointing Customer Service
