Sent item back as was too big, asked for a smaller replacement to be sent. Brand Outlet wouldn't send a replacement quoting stock levels. I have just gone back on to the website and bought the size that i requested to be resent - basically you don't want to have to pay the postage to send me the item i want. You refunded me and then i had to rebuy the size i wanted and pay the postage again. Poor service indeed - penny pinching!!
