My family have purchased four handbags from brand outlet.com. They are one of the few places in the UK where you can buy a handbag brand that my sister and I love. Unfortunately two of the handbags arrived damaged. Customer service hasnt been the greatest as both times the bags had gone out of stock so couldn't be replaced. I can see from scanning other reviews we aren't the only ones this has happened to.
