I ordered a pair of Grenson boots. Whilst I loved the look of them and the delivery was quick, the matching pair were clearly seconds or had slipped through the QA process. The right boot was about a centimetre smaller in height that the left bot. The sole was also attached differently. A waste of time ordering, receiving and sending back. Please QA your items properly before despatch.
