First time I've bought from Brand Outlet. Had my eye on a shirt and with a new customer discount I decided to go for it not knowing much about Brand Outlet at all. My order went through smoothly. Delivery was slightly late. But overall am pleasantly pleased. The item was beautiful and I decided to keep it although the returns process looked easy if I chose not to. Wish there were more brands. Will definitely bookmark the site for the future.
