I was expecting my order on the next day as I spent the required amount. However, my order did not arrive so I contacted customer service and after investigation it was discovered that my order had been cancelled for no reason. The operator then processed my order again only to find one of the items had sold out which was disappointing. I was then promised next day delivery which did happen and the offer of a 15% discount on a future order.
Overall not a totally satisfying experience.
