Poorly packed in too big an outer cardboard box with no packaging and boots box was open flung around inside outer box. One boot had very noticable two parallel line marks from toe to above ankle which will not disappear. Unable to slide foot into boot as no zip and the cut is too narrow. I have slender calves and most boots fit me. Disappointing.
