Items wanted were on sale which made me browse Brand Outlets website. Called customer services and call was answered imediately. Person was helpful and gave advice on how to enter new customers promo code for 10% off (need to register and log in).
Website was easy to use. Order was dispatched quickly and status on order was received regularly via text messages. Items received as expected. Would order again.
