I was disappointed to find that the shoes arrived in a battered box and crumped tissue paper. As the shoes were reduced to half price, I decided to overlook the poor presentation. However I was particularly disappointed that the left hand shoe had a powdery residue imprint of toes. Had I not been overly keen on the shoes I would have returned them. It has however left me feeling generally unhappy. I doubt I will shop with BrandOutlet again.
