The first time I used the service I was really surprised at the level of communication once the order was placed and right up to the actual delivery. Prompted me to sign in with an account for another purchase rather than as a guest which I did on the first occasion.
I knew exactly what I was buying as I purchased the items regularly at full price from its London store so to find exactly what I wanted at a 54% discount plus the service I have described ....... Result Thank you
