I received my order in a broken parcel, and there is a big hole on one side of the box(a hand could easily get in). There are only two items, the yellow crew neck military cashmere sweater is missing. And another one is kind of dirty and with a broken tag. I tried clean the sweaters with the sticker roll. But the tan crew neck cardigan stitch knit sweater is still pilling and cottony. And the part of tags for the tan crew is missing. AND no one replies me after I did email you on 30/12/2017.
