The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered 4 items and paid over £400 for them to be delivered approx a month later.
On the day of dispatch I was told the order was delayed and offered a refund and then two days later I was told my order had been cancelled and I would not be receiving any of the items I had ordered and PAID for 1 month before.
