I literally hate your returns policy. The boots are too big they slip but I feel that I shouldn’t have to pay the postage it cost you to send them to me aswell as my own postage to return them. It puts me off of ever buying from you again. I kept them just because I couldn’t face the stress of getting a returns code etc. So I guess your policy works for you.
