Bought a pair of the mens vincent Ash trainers which came the next day with free delivery! Sadly the shoes were too small and they had sold out of the bigger size. I was given the option to exchange for another style or would be offered a refund. I asked for a refund which was processed very quickly. I have recommended this site to friends and will buy again when the opportunity arises.
