I bought 2 pairs of sandals. One pair had a defect so I had to send it back at my own cost. I spoke with a sale represenrant and agreed in exchange. I completed the form accordingly with the right code for an exchange which i received over the phone and sent it with the returned sandals. I was told a new pair will be sent to me. This never happened. I received a refund and no further communication.
