Ordered ballerinas pump that turned out to be way to big (Watch out - they are oversized!!). Wrote to the customer service who's been super helpful - I sent them back and got another model in a smaller size that fitted perfectly :) thanks a lot. Delivery is very quick too (3 days). Also they did not charge me when they sent the new pair which was a relief!
