I find David in particular goes out of his way to accommodate me . His manner is very friendly , courteous and he has an excellent way of dealing with me and making me feel appreciated and valued as a returning client . I find that orders get sent out immediately with no hitches and the shoes on arrival are well packaged and perfect in every way . I am very happy with BB’s customer service .
