They definitely excel in everything they say and do. They know their job and can take a new or existing business to levels higher than one's expectations. I've got my logo designed by them along with couple of stationery items. I'd give them a cool thumbs up! Their packages are economical and their customer support rocks. The process was as simple as placing my order, sending in my ideas and in return I got a bunch on concepts all designed by their inhouse team. It did take a few rounds before I had the finished product, but I believe that is how any process would really work, where they give me initial concepts, I approve or disapprove, provide feedback and they revise them for me again till I get what I need.
