First time customer. One of the garments that I ordered the incorrect size was sent. Emailed the guys and were very apologetic and sent emailed a postage paid label within 10 minutes. As a good will gesture for the inconvenience Jack had offered me a goodwill voucher, really wasn't necessary but welcomed nevertheless, excellent customer care.... I will definitely become a regular customer with Brandedwear . Hats off to all especially Jack. take care and stay safe.
