Okay so I left a bad review because no one had emailed me a week after ordering, after a email I sent them they replied a day later asking me what shoe I'd prefer other than the one I ordered because it damaged and they tried getting more. They told me I could get a full refund or another shoe, I chose a slightly dearer shoe however they did not charge me extra, and they're response was quick so I'm leaving them another review, because I left them a 1 star before I am going to leave them 5 now, however i believe they're service is truly 4 stars.
