Terrible experience. I bought a white T-shirt with blue print that was labeled as “machine washable.” After one wash in cold water, the blue dye bled and ruined 17 other white clothes.
The store refused to refund or replace it, saying “once washed, we can’t help.” That’s ridiculous — how would anyone know it bleeds before washing?
Completely unacceptable quality and customer service. I will not buy from Brandy Melville again unless they fix this issue.
