visited Queens retail park Stafford branch today to ask for help and advice regarding
a pair of shoes I had previously purchased. I spoke to the duty manager, Sandra, she
was very helpful and understanding and gave me a replacement pair, as I have problem with suitable shoes she made the task easier for me.
