brantano sent crocs in a size bigger than uk sizing brought. I emailed and tried to discuss but they did not budge. I have been purchasing crocs for years and have never had this before. I had to send them back so lost money for postage and do not trust them to send the correct size. I do not recommend buying from them as you do not get reasonable customer services.
