Lack of communication let them down … I placed my first order with Brave as I’d received a free pack of the chickpea snacks in a beer club box , yummy I thought I must order some of these … I waited nearly two weeks from my order date yet it states 5-7 working days, when I contacted them they told me they had been waiting for the variety pack to come in … Which was no problem, except I was left wondering where my order was .. maybe a generic email to all those awaiting ….etc but I guess in these days of gdpr it makes it a little harder … but they got back to me right away to deal with my query hence the star marking..
