Booking cancelled due to the Covid-19. The email sent in my opinion was very misleading, in large print only 2 options offered 1) re book now or 2) credit for later holiday. No mention that I could claim a refund or how to easily claim a refund, I therefore mistakenly chose a credit in the belief that I could rebook easily as sted by Breakfree that we will be given priority. Why wouldn't I? how wrong I was.
Several attempts at to re-booking with different dates and locations with no success. On their main site, funny how it has vacancies for dates requested! I have sent several emails for help, not all emails replied to and some replies were insulting to my intelligeince. In the end gave up and got a no quibble refund via my credit card.
