We Returned a van to Bcc with a slight scratch, was taken in the back passage by 3 ruffians...no lube used I might add! When i ask for the customer complaints department myself and Mr Mi jacksie were taken on what i was told was a reach around test at the end I was in a complete state and Mi Jacksie was totally buggered. Would expect more from a company recommended by the Blue Oyster club and bar! Not so much as a call or a box of chocolates after 🕺
