BCC were able to provide us with a Luton van at very short notice. The staff (I dealt with Harry) are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Their hire rates are superb. When our driver arrived at BCC to collect the vehicle, the handover was painless; quick and efficient. The vehicle was in mint condition and spotlessly clean. We initially wanted to hire the van for one day but then needed to extend the rental period to two days. Again, BCC were very accommodating and ensured the relevant cover was in place for the extended period. We will definitely use BCC again and would highly recommend them.
