Outstanding product knowledge and customer service at Sanvey Gate, Leicester. Jane was so helpful and so full of initiative- she tracked down several products so quickly when we ran out. It’s a joy to find someone in retail who has in depth product knowledge and a grip on how the firm runs. Thanks to Bev too.
