I purchased a single lot of studio pottery on a Thursday, paid for it on the Friday and asked for shipping. On late Friday B&H replied that they coould not ship. On Monday I looked for a courier. On Tuesday and Wednesday I received some quotes. On Thursday I accepted one of the quotes. On Friday I had confirmation that the collection would be made on the following Monday. In the meantime B&H had reported me to Saleroom.com who made no distinction between not paying and not collecting and banned me from the website which meant I could not register with any auction house. Alll that within one week! Utter disgrace and huge impact on my business.
