Working with Alistair and the team you know you have a really professional group of people who are so much more than simply matching people to roles and moving on. I've valued Alistair's professional advice when the work situation has presented challenges and I particularly liked the breakfast sessions BrightRed ran for conractors to really understand what the IR35 changes meant and how best to respond to them. Alistair's team were equally keen to learn more about the role of the project manager, what the role actually involves and the type of people who are best suited - so it was fun to reciprocate with a breakfast talk about my experience over the years.
