Everything is pretty good aside from the unresponsive customer serviceThey were highly suggested by a colleague for my assignment, so presumably they did an excellent service. I had to go through one rewrite, but they handled it nicely and complied with my requests. However, they should strengthen their support staff. Otherwise it can become difficult for them to maintain their clients within the service. Who wants a company with distant or unresponsive customer service?
