Driver showed up one hour late. We had already paid when booked, so we couldn’t cancel. I called the business nine times trying to find out where the driver was. Answers ranged from “bad traffic” to “looking for a place to park” to “he’s in the terminal,” etc. All lies. When driver eventually showed up, he said he actually works for another company, but BC called and asked him to do the job. Dozens of other companies were waiting for their customers as they came out of the baggage area, but this outfit couldn’t bother to show. Awful. The worst I’ve seen. DO NOT USE.
