I ordered two items, both were delayed by weeks. One was so late that I missed my opportunity with the plumber to have it fitted. If I hadn't called the company about it, months later they would have just kept the money. I can honestly say I was really reasonable about all of this but they were sooooo rude on the phone I feel I have to leave this review.
