I had a Hybrid, Russians and Classic eyelash course booked for the 08/05/2022. It was being held at Dartford Hilton Hotel. I was ' text ' by the British Beauty Academy on the 07/05/2022 at 7.00am to advise the course had been cancelled because the trainer was ill and the hotel was having refurbishments that they was not aware of? I text back and asked for a refund to be advised they do not give refunds only to book for another date, I have text back and emailed and have had a reply stating ' we will contact shortly ' I am sorry but this is not good enough, when you pay £285.00 for a course you would expect to have your money refunded due the ' them ' cancelling the course ' and the Customer service is diabolical as they do not reply to you. I have now contacted my bank to see If I can get the money refunded due to the fact they cancelled and are not offering a refund. I am now searching for another company to do my training. *** DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY ***
