Booked a course for last October but unfortunately had an accident , emailed them with doctors letters and they said I could rearrange training, emailed them in January stating that unfortunately the medical issue isn’t going to get any better and I am having to give up therapy and could they give me a refund, to be completely ignored, still to this date waiting, they don’t answer there phones or if the answer machine does pick up they never return there messages, do not use this company, once they ha e your money they don’t care
