I was having physio following ankle surgery and my physio was concerned about my wounds being infected so brought me downstairs to see Hannes. Despite him being on the way out and me obviously having no appointment, he went back into his office and took a look immediately. He provided practical and helpful advice and definitely put my mind at ease. Thanks Hannes!
