After seeing the Oxford Oak table on line, I telephoned to make enquiries about the exact shade of oak as I was concerned it would not blend in with my existing furniture. Broadoak offered to bring a table to my home to compare the colour, which they did the following day (Sunday). I was happy with the shade and very impressed with the quality of the table and thought it very good value for money. I submitted my order for 3 tables later that day and they were actually delivered the following day and now look fabulous in my guesthouse dining room. EXCELLENT service - extremely obliging and helpful - could not fault it.
