We ordered two pieces of furniture for the alcoves in the living room, unfortunately one arrived with a paint stain on the top surface. It looked like a quality control issue from the manufacturer.
After a phone call to advise and a picture sent to broad oak they had a replacement sent out asap. Couldn't of asked for more.
Would definitely buy from them again.
