Not all items were in stock at the time of ordering. The items in stock arrived on time, but I cancelled and sourced elsewhere the out of stock item (at greater cost). Broadoak were polite and courteous throughout, and even offered the item at original price when it came back in stock. This was no longer needed, but the gesture was appreciated. I would have no hesitation with using them again.
