I was half an hour early for my eye test and they got things sorted straight away. Kept me waiting no longer then a couple of minutes. After I had some one help me with choosing the right frame, they offered loads of helpful advice. Very good customer service. very polite. greeting me as I entered and giving there wishes as I left
