HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chandeliers bought and fully paid for £ 3,370.91 in June. The promised delivery deadline was July. Broughtons failed to provide proper documentation required for customs for weeks, DPD sent the goods back to the warehouse in England. NO ANSWER to my emails, no update. MONEY GONE, GOODS NOT DELIVERED! Very disappointed.
