They offer Customer Service without serving their customers - ironically. Waited 2,5 weeks on a product that was listed as 1-week delivery, plus was charged €86 on extra VAT charges that was not listed in the order information or product page. After asking if something could be done about this, CS agent Louise didn't bother to give any compensation nor kind gesture, even after I was insisting on placing a new order (because I simply like their products). Will never order again. I'd suggest the owner of this company to take a great look at the way their CS agents handle chats and e-mails.
